Things Affiliates Should Not Do

We know it's not exciting, but we do have a few rules for our affiliates.

These rules all help protect the Kourses brand, our products, and you as an affiliate.

Please be aware that breach of any of these terms can result in removal from our affiliate program and forfeiture of any commissions earned.

You are not permitted to use PPC (Pay per click) advertising to bid on any of our brand names. This includes "Kourses", "kourses.com", or any variation of our product names, including misspellings. See a full listing of our protected brand terms inside our full affiliate terms.
Anyone using PPC advertising must send traffic to their own landing pages first. You are not permitted to use Pay per click to direct link to any Kourses.com site (i.e. do not use your affiliate links to drive traffic directly from PPC to us). This includes Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid traffic networks.
You are not permitted to use cashback, coupons, or any other discount offers when promoting Kourses. Your affiliate promotion should offer its own value or hold strength in your recommendation alone. We don't offer coupons or discounts of any kind; this devalues our product and will not be tolerated as an affiliate method.
Do not use any form of spam to promote our products. This includes the use of safelists or email lists that you did not build yourself or do not have full permission to transmit marketing messages to.
You are not permitted to purchase any of our products through your own link. We track this and will revoke any commissions suspected of self-referral.

How do I promote Kourses?

Advertise Kourses on a Thank You Page: Got an offer that converts? Drop in a small banner or mention for Kourses on your thank you page. It's perfect for course creators and community builders and will integrate well with your sales funnel.
Mention us on your podcast: Kourses is a great fit for almost any creator-focused audience. Mention us and ensure you create a special tracking link first (let our team know if you need help with this).
Add our banners to your blog or website: Add a banner to your blog sidebar or to a resource page to help share the Kourses message.
Mention Kourses in your newsletter: A short email to your own audience, pointing out why Kourses works for course creators and community builders, written in your own voice, converts far better than a forwarded promotional email.
Add Kourses to your "tools I use" page: Many creators have resource pages or recommended tools sections on their websites. Adding Kourses with a brief why-I-recommend-it note gives ambient affiliate exposure across all your traffic.
Tell your clients: If you work with course creators, coaches, or community builders, share your affiliate link with them to earn direct commissions.
