Website Promos Are Live: Promote Your Products and Keep Members Engaged

Your members are your warmest audience. They already know you, trust you, and are already on your platform. But until now, there was no built-in way to put an offer, an announcement, or an upcoming event in front of them while they were there.

Email works, but it competes with everything else in their inbox. A visual promo inside your members' area is different; it's seen in the moment, in context, when your members are already engaged with your content.

Website Promos puts your message exactly where their attention already is.

Creators have been asking for a way to promote their products to existing members, latest news or upcoming events without relying on email. The members' area is where your audience already is, it made sense to give you a proper way to reach them there.

This first version focuses on the fundamentals: three promo types, membership-based targeting, and scheduling. We'll build on it from here.

Website Promos gives you three ways to reach members inside your member areas:

Every promo you create comes with a set of controls that let you decide who sees it, when it runs, and how it behaves. So instead of showing the same message to every member all the time, you can put the right offer in front of the right people at exactly the right moment.

Show the right offer to the right members
Not every offer is for everyone. You can target each promo to all members, to members who have a specific membership, or to members who don't have one yet. That last option is where the real value is, promoting an upgrade or a new product only to the members who haven't bought it yet, rather than showing it to people who already have. Less noise for your members, more relevance for your offer.

Schedule it and forget it
Set a start date, an end date, or both, and the promo activates and deactivates automatically. Useful for Black Friday, a launch window, a seasonal offer, or any time-limited promotion where you don't want to rely on remembering to switch things off manually. Set it up once and let it run.

Control whether members can close it
Each promo has a closing behaviour setting. You can choose to keep the promo always visible or allow members to dismiss it. If they dismiss it, it won't reappear until the dismissal window you set has expired, so you're not forcing the same message on someone who's already seen it and moved on.

Preview before you publish
Before you make a promo live, you can preview exactly how it will look in your members' area. Check the design, check the copy, and only activate it when you're happy without risking members seeing a half-finished promotion.

We've kept this first version focused and straightforward, with the right tools to get a promotion in front of your members without overcomplicating it.

And it doesn't have to be only sales-focused. Website Promos works just as well for announcing an upcoming webinar, sharing important news, or pointing members to a resource they need. As an example you could use the sidebar banner to link to your support page.
